HPCL plans bio-refinery in Bhatinda to produce second generation ethanol

Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) plans to set up a bio-refinery at Bhatinda in Punjab at with an investment of Rs. 6000 million. The company will produce ethanol from sugarcane and other agricultural residues for doping in petrol. It will produce secon
