Kansai Nerolac is planning to expand its manufacturing facility in Goindwal Sahib near Amritsar in Tarn Taran district of Punjab. The project involves expanding water based paints production capacity from 38,000 tpa To 112,000 tpa, emulsion paints production capacity from 24,000 tpa to TPA To 36,000 tpa. Its powder coating capacity is currently slated at 14,400 tpa. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 3,700 Million.
